These are the culprits!!

Okay - I think the new shoes are so cute, but they are not to be worn for all day the first few days.  My feet hurt!  I'll spare you the picture of my feet!

Today was a nice day, temperature wise.  It started last night with good, cool breeze.  It was so pleasant that we went for a walk!  There is a canal not too far from here.  There are trees all along it, backing people's yards in some places.  Sister Morris was SO ready for a walk that she took off so fast!  I had to jog to keep up with her.  I use to think I was a fast walker - not any more!

This morning was spent attending the once a month resume' class.  It was very informative, and the way the Employment Center's manager taught it showed how out of date my resume' is.  I'm glad I don't "officially" need a  resume' right now.  I'd have some serious work to do.  I think you could show mine as what not to do!

The next class we are to attend is tomorrow morning.  It's called the "1st Impressions" class.  I think all of these classes are taught at your local LDS Employment Resource Service Center!  They are GOOD classes!  You all should take one or two - just for fun!

There is a quarterly welfare training tomorrow night at the "office".  Sister Morris and I have been asked to introduce ourselves.  I think the Brother in charge wants us to take about 5 minutes each.  I think I'll try my Jedi mind trick on him!!!  Maybe I can get it down to 30 seconds or so.

I just have to say how grateful I am to Heavenly Father!  I am so blessed!

Friday we get to go to the Fresno Temple.  I haven't even seen it yet.  It's on the far side of town, and even with all of our shopping all over the planet - we haven't been by it yet.  It looks really pretty on the internet.  I'm excited to see it, and feeling blessed to be able to go inside.

I best sign off.  I have pictures of some of the people at the "office", and will post them, as soon as I have all of them.

I love you all very much!  Later ~ Sister Ure

Those are some cute shoes... Can you wear Toms? (a brand of shoe, not someone elses shoes) They are the most comfortable shoes in the whole world. They are a little pricey, but when you buy one, they give a pair to someone in a third world country that needs a pair of shoes.
